What This Is
Monthly 1:1 mentoring for course creators and educators who are actively building (or rebuilding) their education business.
We meet weekly for 90 minutes to work on what’s blocking you, make decisions, and keep you moving forward. Between sessions, you have access to a private Slack channel for quick questions and feedback.
This is not:
- Strategy consulting to figure out your business model from scratch
- A community program with group calls
- For people still deciding if they want to teach
Who This Is For
Good fit if you:
- Already teaching, coaching, or selling courses (or rebuilding after a pause)
- Have specific projects in progress that need execution support
- Can attend 90-minute weekly sessions (or most of them)
- Want focused guidance on implementation, not just ideas

What Happens Each Month
4 Weekly 90-Minute Sessions (Zoom)
Each session focuses on whatever you’re working on that week:
- Live troubleshooting (tech, strategy, AI implementations)
- Decision-making on what to build next
- Review and feedback on work in progress
- Planning and prioritization for the week ahead
Sessions are working sessions — we solve problems together, not just talk about them.
Between Sessions: Private Slack Channel
- Quick questions when you’re stuck
- Feedback on drafts or implementations
- Async support without waiting for next session
- Response within 24 hours (usually faster)
Typical Monthly Focus Areas:
- Building or refining your campus/community setup
- Launching cohorts or membership tiers
- AI implementation and automation
- Marketing and enrollment strategies
- Technical troubleshooting (WordPress, Fluent, tools)
The focus adapts to where you are and what you need each month.
