Your Ideal Student Profile (icp.md) — Demographics, pain points, the exact language your audience uses, where they spend time. When AI has this, it writes for YOUR people — not “everyone.”
Your First AI Employee — You’ll create a dedicated Claude project with its own job description, context files, and role. Then you’ll test it with a real task from your business and see the before/after difference live.

This is a build session — not a webinar. You bring your laptop with Claude open. You build alongside James in real time. He troubleshoots live and gives feedback on what you’re building.
