What This Is

12 hours of live building with James over 2 weeks. You show up with your expertise and an idea. You leave with a privately-branded campus running on WordPress with FluentCommunity, your first course structured, a welcome sequence live, and a launch plan in hand. This is not a course. There are no modules to complete on your own time. We build together, live, on screen.

Good fit if you:

  • You’re an educator, coach, consultant, or expert who wants to teach online
  • You’ve been meaning to build your platform but haven’t started (or got stuck)
  • You want someone building alongside you, not another video to watch
  • You can commit to Mondays and Thursdays, Noon–3pm ET for two weeks

Not a fit if you:

  • You want to go at your own pace with recordings
  • You already have a working campus and just need marketing help
  • You can’t make the live sessions (Feb 23, 26, Mar 2, 5)

How It Works

Session 1 (Mon Feb 23) — Research + Direction

  • Lock in your topic, avatar, and business model using the 10-Step Campus Blueprint
  • Define what “done” looks like for your campus
  • Leave knowing exactly what you’re building and for whom

Session 2 (Thu Feb 26) — Tech Setup

  • WordPress, FluentCommunity, and FluentCRM installed and configured (SAAS Site Optional)
  • Your campus is live on the internet by end of session
  • No tech experience needed — James walks you through it

Session 3 (Mon Mar 2) — Content + Course Structure

  • First course outlined, first lessons created
  • 30-day content plan ready
  • Content organized using the proven campus framework

Session 4 (Thu Mar 5) — Launch

  • Welcome email sequence built in FluentCRM
  • Community space configured for members
  • First members invited, launch plan in hand
