You don’t need it to join, but Agent Builders is built around it. Most members buy Campus AI OS first ($97 one-time at trainingsites.io/os) and then join the campus to put their AI team to work. If you join without OS yet, your first Sprint or Office Hours is a great place to get set up.
What’s the difference between Sprints and Office Hours?
Sprints are 3-hour live build sessions every two weeks — James builds a piece of Campus AI OS or an agent plugin and you build alongside. Office Hours are shorter, three times a week — you bring whatever you’re stuck on and get help. Sprints are for building something new. Office Hours are for getting unstuck.
When exactly are Office Hours?
Three times a week on rotating days and times. The rotation covers US, UK, and Australia time zones so there’s almost always one coming up within a few days. Full schedule lives on the campus calendar and every session is recorded.
What if I can’t make a Sprint?
Every Sprint is recorded and uploaded within 24 hours. You can also submit your build problem in advance so it gets worked on live, then watch the recording when you’re free.

Each month, James packages a new fully trained AI digital employee — built for educators, coaches, and consultants — and adds it to the library. You hire it the same way you hired the four Managers. By month 12, your team has grown to 10+ AI digital employees.
Do I need technical skills?
No. The campus is built for educators, coaches, and consultants — not developers. You brief the team in plain English. The skills come with step-by-step instructions. If you can use a web browser and follow directions, you can run an AI team.
