An Agent Plugin for Educators, Coaches, Trainers, and Consultants

Hire Your Call Prep Agents. $97, Once. Walk In Ready — Walk Out Followed-Up.

One AI team builds your agendas, decks, handouts, and call briefs before every session. When it ends, it turns your notes into recaps, follow-up emails, and client records. It adapts to who you are: coach, teacher, trainer, consultant, speaker, or whatever hat you wear that day.

It’s 9 P.M. the Night Before Your Session, and You’re Still Building Slides.

You know this rhythm because you live it every week. You write the agenda. You build the deck. You make the handout. You send the reminder. Then you run the session, close the laptop, and promise yourself you’ll send the recap tomorrow. Next week, you do it all again — from scratch.

Here’s the part almost nobody talks about: the work after the session matters more than the work before it. The recap your client keeps. The follow-up email that lands while the call is still fresh. The record of what was said and what comes next. That’s where retention lives. That’s where referrals come from. And it’s the first thing that gets skipped when you’re tired — which is always.

Why does it keep happening? Because you’re one person doing the job of an entire prep team. A generic AI chat doesn’t fix it — it doesn’t know whether you’re a coach or a keynote speaker, it doesn’t know your voice, and it hands you a wall of text instead of a finished kit. So every week you start over, and every week the follow-through slips.

That’s not a time-management problem. It’s a staffing problem.

The Cost of Being Your Own Prep Team

(Numbers below are typical, illustrative figures — swap in your own.)

3 hours of prep × 40 sessions a year = 120 hours

That’s three full working weeks spent rebuilding agendas, decks, and handouts a typical presenter has already built twenty times before.

1 hour of follow-up × 40 sessions a year = 40 hours

And that’s only when the follow-up happens — skipped recaps and late emails are how clients quietly drift away.

30 minutes of call prep × 80 calls a year = 40 hours

Or the prep doesn’t happen, and you walk into sales and coaching calls cold, improvising questions you should have planned.

That’s roughly 200 hours a year on prep and follow-through alone — a month of full-time work you’re doing solo, for free.

One Team, Every Format You Run

Workshop

Timed run-of-show, fill-in-as-you-go worksheet, and a build-step handout your participants actually follow.

Webinar

Agenda, deck, lead-magnet-style handout, and the replay follow-up email drafted before you go live.

Class / Lecture

Lesson agenda, key-terms cheatsheet, and a concept handout written at your students’ level, not yours.

1:1 Sales Call

A 60-second pre-call brief, tiered question sheet, objection table, close plan, and proof-story cue card.

1:1 Coaching Session

Client pulse brief and questions before; a client-ready recap with action plan and commitments after.

Member Call / AMA

Discussion agenda, prep post for your community, and a recap that keeps non-attendees in the loop.

Talk / Keynote

Full deck and run-of-show up front, plus a connection follow-up for the people you meet after.

How It Works

Step 1

Tell it who you are (about 3 minutes, once).

Run onboarding and answer one question that matters: who are you when you’re in front of your people? Ten hats to pick from — coach, teacher, trainer, consultant, speaker, webinar host, course creator, facilitator, community leader, or “expert who presents.” Wear several? Pick them all. The team adapts its vocabulary, defaults, and outputs to match, and you can switch hats on any run.

Step 2

/prep before every session.

Tell it what’s coming: a workshop, a webinar, a class, a sales call, a coaching session. It builds the right kit — agenda, deck, handout, cheatsheet, and prep message for presentations; pre-call brief, question sheet, objection table, close plan, and story cue card for 1:1 calls. Everything labeled “for you” or “for your people.”

Step 3

/recap after it ends.

Paste your notes or a transcript. It builds the after kit: a client-ready recap with action plan, a follow-up email with one blank to fill, a CRM-ready record of the call, and an optional two-minute self-debrief that makes your next prep sharper. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Before and After You Hire the Team

Without a prep team:

  • Every session starts from a blank page, no matter how many times you’ve run it
  • Slides get finished the night before — handouts and worksheets usually don’t exist
  • Sales and coaching calls start cold, with no brief, no planned questions, no close plan
  • Recaps and follow-up emails get promised, then skipped
  • What happened on each call lives in your memory, not in a record you can use

With the Call Prep Agents:

  • /prep builds the full session kit before you’ve finished your coffee
  • Decks, handouts, and worksheets ship in your brand and your voice
  • You walk into every 1:1 call with a 60-second brief and a plan for the close
  • The recap and follow-up email are drafted before you’ve packed up
  • Every session ends with a record — and a debrief that makes the next one better

The First Session Guarantee

Prep One Real Session. If the Kit Isn’t Worth $97, You Don’t Pay $97.

Here’s the deal: install the plugin, run onboarding, and use /prep on one real session within 14 days. If the kit it builds doesn’t beat what you’d have made alone — or you just don’t like it — email us and we’ll refund the full $97.

And you keep the plugin. We’re not going to reach into your computer and take it back. We’d rather earn the next purchase than argue about this one.

The only way to lose is to never run /prep.

Who This Is Built For — and Who It Isn’t

✓ Built for

  • Coaches who owe every client a recap and a follow-up — and are tired of writing them at midnight
  • Trainers and workshop leaders who rebuild the same agenda, worksheet, and handout every week
  • Educators running live classes and cohorts who want student-ready materials in their own voice
  • Consultants who take discovery and sales calls and want a brief, questions, and a close plan for each one
  • Speakers, webinar hosts, and community leaders who present often and follow up rarely

✕ Not for

  • You want tools for the live moment itself — teleprompters, cockpits, on-screen presenting. That’s the companion 3P Teaching System, not this.
  • You want full autopilot. Nothing here posts, emails, or updates a CRM until you approve it — on purpose.
  • You don’t run live sessions at all. If everything you sell is pre-recorded, this team has nothing to prep.
  • You want AI to invent testimonials or case studies. This team refuses to fabricate proof — it only uses stories you actually have.
  • You’re not willing to spend 3 minutes on setup. The whole system depends on it knowing who you are.

Questions, Answered

Do I need other tools, connectors, or integrations?

No. The team works with zero connectors — everything is file-based on your own computer. If you later connect a CRM, calendar, community, or email tool, it can use them (with your approval each time), but none of that is required.

How is this different from the 3P Teaching System?

Call Prep Agents owns everything before and after your session; 3P owns the live “during” moment — presenting from its cockpit. They’re companions: decks built here load straight into 3P’s Presenter Board if you own it. You don’t need 3P for this plugin to be useful.

I’m a coach AND a trainer AND I speak. Which hat do I pick?

All of them. Onboarding is multi-select — pick every hat you wear, most-often first. Defaults load from your primary hat, and you can run any single prep under any hat (“prep this one as a coach”) whenever you want.

Does it send emails or post things automatically?

No, and that’s deliberate. Every email, community post, and CRM update is a draft until you review and send it yourself. Nothing leaves your machine without your approval.

Does it handle coaching calls differently from sales calls?

Yes. Sales calls get an objection table, a close plan, and proof-story cue cards. Coaching calls skip the sales tools and get a client pulse brief, commitment planning, and a client-ready session recap — which, for coaches, is the deliverable your clients keep.

What AI setup do I need?

The Claude desktop app — that’s it. You install the plugin from a file in a couple of clicks, run a 3-minute onboarding, and you’re prepping. No coding, no API keys, no technical background. We install-tested it cold and warm before release.

What if it’s not for me?

Use /prep on one real session within 14 days. If the kit isn’t worth the $97, email us for a full refund — and keep the plugin. Details in the First Session Guarantee above.

Stop Being Your Own Prep Team.

You’ll still run every session — that part only you can do.

But the agendas, decks, handouts, briefs, recaps, and follow-ups? That’s staff work. Hire it out for $97.
