In this video, James Maduk, founder of TrainingSites.io, announces a major shift in his approach to online course creation. After 25 years of building traditional structured courses, he explains why he is no longer creating content-heavy, step-by-step courses. The driving factor behind this decision is the rapid advancement of AI tools, particularly Google’s Gemini 2.5 Pro with deep research capabilities, which can now generate high-quality, thoughtful content more efficiently than most human creators.
Instead of delivering finished educational content, Maduk is pivoting toward what he calls AI recipes or blueprints—frameworks that guide learners on how to use AI to generate their own content, tools, or results. These blueprints emphasize questions over answers, teaching creators how to ask the right questions to AI models in order to achieve specific outcomes. The focus is shifting from static content to live, interactive support, and real-time application within the Training Sites community. The new goal is to help members build, grow, and market their own education businesses by guiding them through implementation, not by handing them finished lessons.
