The Problem This Solves
Cold outreach is painful because it is manual. Find a lead, research them, figure out their pain, write a personalised message, send it, follow up. Repeat 50 times a week. Most solopreneurs either skip it entirely or do it badly.
This agent does all five steps. Your job is to review and approve before anything sends.
The 5-Stage Pipeline
Stage 1 — Scout. Run /scout. The agent searches for 15–25 leads matching your Ideal Customer Profile across LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, and any other sources you configure. If you have Apify connected, it scrapes richer data. Returns a raw candidate list.
Stage 2 — Enrich. Run /enrich. For each lead, the agent pulls their website, social profiles, and any public data. Builds a structured record: what they sell, who they sell to, their tech stack, recent activity, gaps in their business, and how to reach them.
Stage 3 — Score. Each lead gets scored 0–100 across four dimensions: Fit, Intent, Timing, and Accessibility. Leads scoring 70+ are worth pursuing.
Stage 4 — Research Brief. For priority leads, the agent generates a one-page opportunity memo: why they matter, what their gap is, the best angle to approach them, and the strongest opening line.
Stage 5 — Outreach Draft. The agent writes personalised cold emails and DMs based on the brief. Not templates — individual messages written for each person using their specific context. You review, adjust, and send.
Live Demo — Anna Lundberg
James runs the full pipeline on one lead: Anna Lundberg, a solopreneur with a 391-episode podcast and a July cohort launch coming up. The agent finds her, enriches her profile (WordPress, GetResponse, no AI, no community), scores her 70/100, writes a brief, and drafts outreach — all in one session.
The angle identified: she teaches sustainable business but has no agents. Her July cohort is coming up. That is the timing window.
Scheduling It
This entire pipeline can run on a schedule. Set it to deliver 5 fresh, researched, scored leads every morning at 8 AM. You review the brief over coffee. You approve the outreach. You send. Feast-or-famine cycle broken.
Common Mistake
Running the scout and skipping enrichment. Raw leads without research produce generic outreach. Generic outreach gets ignored. The enrichment step is what makes the message feel like you did your homework — because the agent did.
