These aren’t agent failures. They’re instruction failures. Or they’re edge cases you didn’t anticipate. Either way, the fix is the same: you notice it, you understand why it happened, you change the instruction, and it never happens that way again.
What Goes Wrong and How to Catch It
The question isn’t “Will the agent make mistakes?” It’s “Will you notice them before they harm your business?” For most education workflows, the answer is yes. Here’s why:
